Intel HPC Developer Conference is the premier technical training event to meet and hear from Intel architecture experts and connect with HPC and AI industry leaders.

Intel reached out to icon1 to create Registration Systems for their HPC event and smaller auxiliary events. Intel had a series of complex requirements for each of their Registration Systems to be developed.

Icon1 worked with the Intel team to identify and scope out the series of requirements, variables and workflows to manage the database and user experience. The development of the Registration Systems was a fluid process and required communication with several different business units to ensure buy-in before execution.

The expansive nature of the development of Intel’s Registration Systems was an evolving process focused on developing the registration pages, invite designs, confirmation emails, automated email blasts, capability of real-time data capture and creating post-event surveys.

Refining the systems to manage different processes for different events, implementing checks and balances, increase automation and reduce redundancies was critical.

The Registration Systems for Intel were treated as living systems and were always under the watchful eye of icon1. In addition to developing the Registration Systems, icon1 provided on-site support for the check-in process and came up with concepts to increase efficiencies such as on-site badge printing and perfecting the beat rate of the check-in journey for attendees.
