Canada Post was ramping up their events and had assets that were out of date and stored with their reps which created branding and event messaging issues. Also, the effort and time required to located and manage the assets was becoming a major problem.
Icon1 was hired by an exhibit house to work with them to help launch event express and consolidate all the assets in one location for Canada Post Events. The exhibit house redesigned and developed new assets and exhibit properties, and icon1 worked on customizing the system to meet new requirements. We create new workflow which improved efficiencies and time save efforts for their events. Within 2 weeks Canada Post was up and running on the new system and placing orders.
