Customized Event Management System
Ansell’s event program was growing and the need to have a consolidated system where reps can view and order approved assets was becoming more important. Icon1 was approached to see how Event Express can be used to help facilitate a program and meet their needs.
After our initial discovery meeting it was determined that Ansell needed a multi tier system that allowed the management of multiple divisions and event programs. The asset system that was deployed allowed for reps across different division to have access to assets specifically related to their program that they supported. This effectively improved the overall experience for reps, reduced the time required to setup an event and gave event managers a clear oversight on the active events.
